We are looking for an experienced Property Manager /Deputy Porperty Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of managed properties, maintain landlord relationships, and support the growth of the portfolio.
This is a full-time, client-facing role combining office and site work.
Manage assigned portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties
Act as primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
Oversee leasing performance, occupancy, and rental income
Coordinate marketing of vacant units (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
Handle tenancy contracts, renewals, and rental negotiations
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, Ejari, and legal requirements
Manage rent collection, cheque tracking, and arrears follow-up
Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and contractor works
Oversee facility management and maintenance activities, ensuring timely execution, cost control, and service quality for landlords and tenants
Monitor property condition and recommend improvements to landlords
Prepare regular reports for landlords (occupancy, income, issues, actions)
Support onboarding of new properties and landlords
Additional (Growth-Focused) Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing new property management opportunities
Participate in client meetings and presentations when require
Support the expansion of the property management portfolio by identifying and developing new landlord relationships
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in property management in Dubai
Strong understanding of UAE rental laws and RERA procedures
Experience handling leasing, renewals, and tenant relations
Good knowledge of property portals and marketing practices
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional, presentable, and reliable
UAE driving license and own car required
